Some checking bonuses are paid in parts. A headline of “up to $600” can require six separate months of eligible deposits, rather than one deposit total. Plan the months before changing payroll, then compare your own posted activity against the bank's actual terms.
Map your monthly opportunity
Enter the first tracking month, the number of months, the minimum qualifying amount per month and the reward per qualifying month. Leave a month's deposit amount blank while you do not know it. Amounts you type stay in this browser page until you leave or reload. After creating a plan, download a plain-text copy to keep it on your device.
Do not enter account numbers, Social Security numbers or payroll documents. This page does not save your amounts, confirm a posted deposit or send them to BonusField.
A dated example: BMO's six-month checking promotion
BMO's reviewed terms say eligible new clients in fourteen listed states may earn $100 each month for up to six tracking months. Tracking begins the first calendar day of the month after account opening. At least $1,000 in qualifying direct deposits must post during each month. A month below the threshold earns no $100 payment; later qualifying months can still pay, but the six-month series does not extend. BMO's separate Savings Builder reward is not part of that checking bonus. Read BMO's official promotion and eligibility rules ↗
For example, if tracking begins in December 2026, six months run through May 2027. If December and February each meet the $1,000 requirement while January reaches only $900, the maximum possible checking reward falls to $500. This is an illustration of the amount rule, not a judgment that your deposits qualify. The bank also applies residency, account-history, promo-code and account-standing conditions.
Read the payment source and posting date
Only enter amounts you believe match the promotion's definition, then verify them with the bank. BMO describes regular income from an employer or similar third party, including eligible pension and government benefits. It excludes wires, own-account transfers, person-to-person payments and merchant-platform deposits. Its terms say each earned $100 payment is deposited about ten days after the beginning of the following month. Official BMO terms ↗
